Siyatec Executors charges a flat rate estate fee, providing a significant cost saving compared to the standard fees charged by traditional law firms. Our process involves an online consultation, uploading required documents, payment of the initiation fee, and reporting document preparation. Once the reporting documents are signed and submitted, we receive Letters of Executorship from the Master within 2 to 3 months.

Our legal consultants then assist with the estate distribution process, including property transfers, debt payments, and payouts to heirs. The entire process takes approximately 12 months to finalise.

“I appreciate your guidance and assistance throughout this process. I understand that is your job but your service has gone beyond any obligation that you have as a service provider. It’s a good day because I was able to do this despite all the challenges but it is also sad because it means my Mum’s estate has completely reached its finality. Thank you so much for everything.”

Client Review

How much will it cost?

The Master of the High Court who oversees the administration of deceased estates will require a nominated Executor to be assisted by a qualified person, usually an attorney, to administer any deceased estate with a value of more than R 250 000.00. The attorney will charge the estate or the family of the deceased a fee equivalent to 3.5% of the total assets of the estate.
For example if the deceased owns a house with a value of R 2 000 000.00 the attorney will charge a fee of R 70 000.00 as an estate fee. At Siyatec Executors we would charge a flat rate fee of R 25 000.00 as the estate fee.
