Our goal at Siyatec Executors is to make the process of winding up a deceased estate as easy and understandable as possible....
After the loss of their father and husband, the Cape Town Chetty family needed help in getting Letters of Executorship from the Master’s Office....
Deceased Estate Process, "If you’re looking for help with your loved one’s estate, Siyatec Executors is the solution you need."...
The Master of the High Court who oversees the administration of deceased estates will require a nominated Executor to be assisted by a qualified person, usually an attorney, to administer any deceased estate with a value of more than R 250 000.00. The attorney will charge the estate or the family of the deceased a fee equivalent to 3.5% of the total assets of the estate.
For example if the deceased owns a house with a value of R 2 000 000.00 the attorney will charge a fee of R 70 000.00 as an estate fee. At Siyatec Executors we charge a flat rate fee of R 21 000.00 as the estate fee.

Within 2 to 3 months after reporting the estate we receive Letters of Executorship from the Master.
Our Legal Consultants will then deal with the estate process in order to distribute the estate. It takes approximately 12 months to finalise an estate. This means that properties are transferred to the new owners, debts are paid and the heirs are paid out.
